Update XML file & Produce BIN file for diablo cam light/wireless

Compatibilities with KeyMaker: yes
The only difference is field SID not used
SID was ProvId Number in decimal
If you load XML File updated with keymaker update each ProvId using SID field & convert value to hex

Import from softcam:
Viaccess1, Viaccess2, Seca1, Seca2, Nagra1, Nagra2, Cryptoworks
Keys not imported: RSA keys or AES Keys List

-Added AES Downloader (report to Fausto How ToTxt for details)
Diablo_AES_KEYS_LISTtxt joined for example (in folder \Fausto)

-Added new language file: Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish
-Fausto How totxt & All language files modified

- Added Coding System filter about Import from softcam file
New Button added "Coding System"
Clic on Coding system button
Tick or Untick coding system wanted
Default Coding system used: Viaccess, Seca, Nagra, Cryptoworks, Direct Control Word
PS:reload softcam file to re start import
- Import From Softcam file: added BISS keys import
(warning with ident using same ID but was different)
by default BISS import not include to prevent this problem
- Import From Softcam file: added DCW keys import
datas on softcam file must be like that:
D AAAA:BBBBBB:CCCC:0106:0505::KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK KKKKKKKKKK ;Name
D=Direct Control Word
AAAA=CAID
BBBBBB=ProvID
CCCC=SID

-Added Key Len autofix on loading file & input keys
KeyLenini in folder \Fausto\Datas -> possible to add/change/remove Keytype & Keylen
File can be edited with any text editor
-Added KeyType check
When file loaded/saved if keyType not in KeyLenini Key removed
-Added "move to" option avalaible for Providers & Keys (=switch provider and/or keys position)
Press space bar to select source
Select destination
Press space bar again to move datas
(example use: Sort provid, sort sid, sort provider name,)
-Added "Export" data in XML (modelexml & keys fileXML)
If ticked provider will be include in KEYSBIN (export=TRUE)
If not ticked will not be include in KEYSBIN (export=FALSE)
Status saved in XML file under EXPORT
-Fixed CW input removed on provider (avalaible under Services)
-Language files updated -> added new datas in each SIL file, ready for Translation
-Updated Fausto How ToTxt (folder \Fausto\)
